With many job-seekers facing more barriers than ever, TFO launched JumpHire to open better doors for Chicagoans without college degrees. Too often, skilled and capable individuals are overlooked simply because they lack a traditional degree. We bridge this gap by helping employers recognize and access this diverse and highly untapped talent pool, unlocking new opportunities for businesses and job seekers alike.
