Megan Caldwell
As a Junior Associate at Tullman Family Office, Megan supports operations, research, and communications across TFO’s diverse portfolio of philanthropic and social impact initiatives. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science and brings a background in policy, cross-cultural engagement, and stakeholder communications. Megan applies a detail-oriented and adaptable approach to keeping projects organized and advancing initiatives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Before joining TFO, Megan spent two years working as an English Teaching Assistant in Valencia, Spain, where she designed educational content, coordinated school events, and built professional relationships across cultural and language differences. Prior to that, she served as an Executive and Research Assistant for the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, supporting the Staff Director across communications, hearing coordination, and policy research in one of Washington’s most consequential legislative offices.
Megan is conversational in Spanish and continues to build her proficiency through ongoing study and practice. She enjoys opportunities to connect across cultures through language learning, travel, and conversation. Outside of work, she can be found reading, learning to knit, hiking trails throughout New England, and spending time along the coast of her home state of Maine.
