“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has,” — Margaret Mead.

This belief has guided our family for generations — across dinner tables and boardrooms, through seasons of success and moments of challenge.

Growing up, we witnessed firsthand the impact of community engagement and civic responsibility. Our parents led by example, showing us that helping others wasn’t a charity — it was a blessing and an opportunity. That spirit has shaped everything we do.

But good intentions are not enough. Seeing something wrong and doing nothing about it is no great virtue. And we’ve seen how systems built with the best of motives can still leave too many people behind. In our family, we recognize that true change demands something more: urgency, humility, and the willingness to disrupt what’s no longer working.

So, we asked ourselves — what can we do?

Not in theory, but in practice. Not one day, but right now.

That question became the foundation of the Tullman Family Office.

We created TFO to reimagine what philanthropy could look like when rooted in proximity, purpose, and possibility. We work hand-in-hand with visionary leaders, local partners, policymakers, and creatives to unlock human potential and rewire systems for good.

From building coalitions to fund full-time music teachers in public schools, to designing cross-sector partnerships that instill workforce readiness in those without degrees, we are driven by a belief that everyone — regardless of background — deserves the chance to dream, contribute, and thrive.

This isn’t about legacy. It’s about love — for our communities, for the future, and for the people whose talents, creativity and potential are being left behind.
