The platform is particularly valuable for service members navigating life beyond the military. Research behind CPD found that 70% of service members aspire to careers outside their military occupation, reinforcing the need for trusted career exploration and planning resources.

Every learner deserves the ability to understand where they’ve been, recognize the value of what they’ve learned, and confidently navigate where they’re going next.

When Career Path DECIDE unexpectedly lost federal funding, the Tullman Family Office partnered with the American Council on Education (ACE) to preserve this critical resource while accelerating its evolution. Our investment enabled ACE and its partners to:

• Restore and stabilize Career Path DECIDE for thousands of learners

• Expand AI-enabled advising and personalized career planning

• Recognize military experience and prior learning as valuable educational assets

• Strengthen partnerships across higher education, workforce, and employer networks

• Build sustainable models for long-term growth and innovation
